The Star of Bombay is a bolder expression of their signature style Bombay Sapphire. With two additional botanicals, carefully selected then slowly distilled for a more intense flavor. The addition of ambrette seeds, solely sourced from Ecuador, along with gently dried bergamot orange peel hand-picked in Calabria, help create this exceptionally smooth premium gin. To maintain the integrity of their 12 botanicals, they slow down their vapor infusion process and distill them for longer, ensuring rich aromas and deeper flavors.
